We specialize in international export of agricultural, organic, and food products, primarily serving B2B importers, wholesalers, distributors, and brands worldwide.

Due to the nature of bulk export trade, agricultural sourcing, customized processing, and international logistics, our refund and cancellation policy follows strict export industry standards.

Order Confirmation Policy

An order is considered confirmed only after:

Proforma Invoice (PI) approval
Receipt of advance payment
Final product specification & packaging confirmation

Once confirmed, the order enters procurement / processing / packaging stage and cannot be cancelled freely.

Cancellation Policy

Before Production / Processing Starts

If cancellation is requested before raw material procurement or processing begins, we may allow cancellation.
Refund = Advance payment – bank charges – administrative charges (if any)

After Production / Processing Begins

Once any of the following has started:
Raw material procurement
Processing
Packaging
Private labeling
Quality testing

Order cancellation is NOT allowed.

No refunds shall be issued due to:
Perishable / semi-perishable product nature
Customized export packing
Regulatory documentation already initiated

Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only under limited conditions:

Eligible Refund Scenarios:


Product supplied does not match mutually approved specifications

Severe quality deviation proven by:
Independent inspection agency report
Certified laboratory analysis
Shipment cancellation caused solely by our failure


Non-Refundable Situations:


Refunds shall NOT be applicable in the following cases:

Minor natural variations in agricultural products

Import rejection due to:
Import regulation changes
Country-specific compliance
Customs authority decisions

Delay caused by:
Shipping line
Port congestion
Weather conditions
Force majeure events

Refund Claim Process

Buyers must notify us within 48 hours of cargo receipt with:

Clear photographs
Batch numbers
Packing details
Inspection reports (if any)

Claims raised after 48 hours shall not be entertained.

Refund Mode & Timeline

Refunds (if approved) are processed via original payment mode only
Processing timeline: 7–15 working days
Bank charges, forex conversion fees, and transfer charges shall be borne by the buyer

Sample Orders Policy

Sample shipments are non-refundable
Courier charges for samples are non-refundable

Force Majeure Clause

We shall not be liable for cancellations, delays, or refunds caused by:
Natural disasters
Government restrictions
War, strikes, riots
Pandemic disruptions
Export/import bans
